It DOES NOT say that math is not perfect. Instead, it says that math is REDUNANT (reach): out of large set of axiom you can derive CORRECT statement which may require MORE axioms to prove it. So, it says that out of set of axioms you can derive something which even has power BEYOND initial set of axioms.

This clearly says that math is not only self-consistent, but even more: it contains CORRECT logical structures which extends BEYOND initial axioms.
