From equation defining all possible fundamental particles and all possible ways they interact (we still do not have this TOE one yet). But the question is how good do we know initial and boundary conditions to make ACCURATE prediction for a process down the road? Exponential solutions (say, inflation of early universe) are extremely sensitive to initial conditions. Therefore not having ALL information about initial conditions may result in the solution which may be way off. Oscillating solutions are very sensitive to boundary conditions (they determine whether a running wave reflects or not, partially reflects, changes phase, amplitude, wavelenght (moving boundary), etc).

So, there are well predictable things (say, average density of universe) and less accurate predictable things (say, the size of universe thus the amount of matter in it and thus the number of galaxies in it), and completely unpredictable things (say, where particular proton or atom ends up in 15 billion years from now or from the time it was created).
