And Where Is The Heaven Anyway?

Does not it start slightly above clouds (so, 3-10 km above Earth surface?

Or above atmosphere (well, it thins exponentially: D=1.3 kg/m^3 x exp(-h/8.8 km). Usually it is assumed that atmosphere is practically dissapearing at the distance about 300-500 km above the ground.

Or does the heaven starts above (below) Moon? Mars? Sun? Pluto? Oort cloud? Nearest star? Nearest neighbor galaxy? Visible Universe?
