Neither our location in Universe, nor our time, nor our existence is somewhat special in (or for) universe. Thgus, we can NOT demand that universe is made FOR us (antropic principle?) and based solely on this DEMAND that parameters of universe were MADE such that our life was easy.

Therefore, either life is common for various values of fundamental constants (=constans are entangled and result in life even in wide range), or there are zillions of universes with various possible combinations of constants, and some universes have ours-like life, some not exactly ours-like, some even very different evolving systems, and some (may be most of them) does not have complex structures qualified to be called "life" at all.
