Instead, "God does it this way" does not explain, predict or govern anything.

Why Universe obeys math? Simply because math is just logic (re-labeling things) and nothing else - nothing "artificial", or "human-made". If in doubt - remove humans with AS YOU CLAIM" human constructed from arbitrary axioms math" from Universe. Nothing changes. Planets and galaxies will still obey the same tired inverse square law, energy conservation prinmciple, semi-integer particles obey Pauli and integer Bose-Einstein statistics, hydrogens atom's s,p,d,f... orbitals still are simply 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th... spherical wave harmonics, magnetic field will continue to be mathematical consequence of relativity, relativity - mathematical consequence of symmetry of all inertial reference systems, etc. etc. - all continue to interact just as prescribed by math and by mathematical symmetries and to create mathematical objects we call "atoms" , "photons", " gravitons", etc. So, "human all math" is long gone, but mathematically resulkted objects called atoms, planetary systems, electrons, photons, natural forces and natural laws, and all mathematical relationships between tham will still stay the same and mathematical.

How come?

Well, the only way is to acknowledge that humans have nothing to do with math - universe lives by mathematical laws regardless humans constructs at all. Thus, math is NOT a human construct at all but is what makes universe and what makes it such as we see.
