I can tell you for sure that Dick's paper is not about what reality is. Not at all. If you read Dick's paper and get the feeling that he's making claims about reality, I can tell you with absolutely certainty that you are misunderstanding him.

An American writer: "We have difficulty with everyday problems. It is only on the ultimate questions that all our uncertainties disappear."
- paraphrasing Mark Twain
That "absolute certainty" might need an insurance policy.

I'd like to see an intelligent person realize the consequences of that.

Buckminster Fuller decided in 1927 to see what
a person of average intelligence could do with a lifetime of dedication to serving humanity.
(He already had a degree as an engineer and was born into a wealthy family.) Are you saying that up to now, only unintelligent persons have noticed it, or that you "like to watch persons realize things" or what are you saying here?

"It almost makes me despair when I see intelligent people denying someone their freedom to come up with arbitrary definitions."

In the quote above, you exercise this freedom by coming up with an arbitrary definition of the phrase "To this day I have only seen . . ."

IIf you ignore these points or give them a dismissive answer...still...really . . .
