It has some properties resembling properties of ocean waves, and some resembling properties of a billiard ball. It has some other mathematical properties (entanglement of position and momentum, entanglement of spins of a double-energy photon) which "big" objects from our everyday life do not have.

So what? The phenomenon we call "photon" is still there.

Frankly, I do not understand what else you want to "see" in a photon? Properties of human? To "look" like a bullet at flight? Touch? Smell?Soul?

Should ALL mathematical objects in universe look either like a billiard ball or ocean wave?
