Considering a proposed definition"
that all thought is fiction, even engineering
specifications and astronomical theory.

This is NOT to license deception, but
to amplify the reminder to shift honest strategies when helpful.

As you know, the first few pages
of Relativity by Einstein state that
in order to answer "what is truth?"
we must precisely define our terms
_in terms of other terms.
With geometry as metaphor, he posed
that our plots on the x.y,z axes
answer to a single logical matrix
wherein we can discuss that world
in many ways...truthfully.

Therefore the controversy about whether
our abstract constructs have ANY objective
definition may be returned to the shelf
indefinitely, while we may use different definitions for "line" in different problems,
as long as those definitions are cross-referenced
in terms of one another for use in those big hurky equations.
