How "modern" and "well educated" can be the society which bans teaching evolution and Big Bang?

By the way, did they decide BACK to teach Big Bang facts too? Or they are still in OLD TIMES with them?

Do they teach evolution as "some alternative theory" along with mighty Creationism?

Anyway, the fact that education in US is far behing Europe and most Asia was recently recognized by american media. About a week ago CNN mentioned the results of tests by independent organizations, ranking US somewhere on 15-20 place.

(No wonder, uneducated population believes in all kind of superstitions to fill the vacuum, and uneducated authorities even ban from time to time anti-religious "trends" in science and education).
