Universe Has Its Profound Reveries In You And Me

The universe might do some of its thinking where there is infrastructure...such as in a pliant human brain.
The human cerebral cortex, so rich with neuron bundling, is the outer 1/2" or so of our brains, unique among mammals at least.
Our brain has vastly more possible interconnections than some creatures. Some suspect that the cerebral cortex helps multiply the effectiveness of the brain, which was already a kind of mathematically profound reverie chamber. If we use it, that can make us less impulsive than other primates at least.
I think other creatures have attitudes similar to humans when humans are not using their enhanced capacity ie. profound reveries.
