Well, So A Virus Is More Conscious Than Deep Blue?

Chemistry of relatively simple organic reaction is more "conscious" than Deep Blue analysis of chess game?

Uncertainty comes simply from wave property of small objects. Wave mathematically "doomed" to not have "good" position and "good" momentum, as these are mutually exclusive mathematical features for a wave.

So, what is so magic about uncertainty and resulting unpredictability of behavior of waves (electrons, atoms, etc). Should we call molecules, atoms, electrons and especially photons progressively "conscious" then? The smaller - the more "conscious" (less predictable)?
