My Dear Michael,
It is perhaps because I see so much strife as a result of carefree life style. No one has said that there should be enforcement to shut down these places. I suggested that there should be an equal or a more aggressive role in the system of our education where people can make better choices and or decisions.

Why am I always misinterpreted? It is perhaps because some people like to speculate. Speculation can be a bad thing.
