I enjoyed reading part of the opening page of your book. Seem rather dismissive of Newton et al. -- would be nice to read your account of how
their work fits into your theme. Since you posted this free, certainly no complaint intended.
Lots of fine thought are there.

One topic really jumps up:
Do you estimate that for every (or nearly every) catalogued logical fallacy there is a corresponding math 'convention' which enables a good mathematician to avoid it? How about pointing to a list of such correspondence?
