Yes I'd have to agree with you. I highly doubt the government would be capable of such an acomplishment. Sometimes I think these rumours are created by the United States government for the sole purpose of making themselves appear more competent then they actually are. Remember that incident where the CIA accidently bombed the Chinese embassy because they were using an outdated map? Sloppy, Sloppy.
