We measured attraction between two pairs of led disks 20x1.5 mm thick varying distance between their surface from 0.1 mm to 5 mm and comparing gravitational force with calculated using Newton's inverse square law. No deviations from calculations were detected down to 0.1 mm distance between surfaces of disks. At this distance about 30% of mass of each disk is within 1 mm from each other and at least 10% deviations from inverse square on 0.5-1 mm scale would be detectable by the accuracy we had. The results were reported on major conference about 1.5 years ago. There is a team in colorado state university which is currently measuring gravity on scale 0.5-0.2 mm, and as far as I know their preliminary result is also negative (no deviation from inverse square, thus no higher degrees of freedom for gravitons on such scale).
