It is far not up to modern technology and job market. As a consequence, many american college graduates can not compete in science and technology with chinese, indians and east-europeans and lose best jobs to them.

I heard from some students that they do not want to go into "hard core" graduate schools (math, computing, physics, biology, engineering) because "it is so hard that only chinese students have enough patience to make it through". Also, some students say that they rather go into business management programs and will become executives without climbing corporate ladder "one step at a time" (I doubt that).

Should US colleges establish special scholarship "for native white americans" or so to motivate more americans to take "hard core" classes?

Or to reduce immigration?
