Frequently I have to explain my laziness in conversation with a brilliant discovery in economic theory for which I personally deserve credit: In the marketplace of ideas, customers will not always behave as we expect. They have their own tangents, obscure as those might seem, and will so very often go off on them (them tangents) rather than one of mine. A contract can change this. Oh, well
