Hi Alan,

I think this view begs the interesting question of just exactly who is doing the agreeing and exercising choice in this freedom? I think the concepts of freedom and agreement make no sense in the absence of conscious sentience. Since the universe was unfolding long before there were humans or other animals, it makes sense to me to posit some kind of consciousness that preceeded the universe. It also makes sense to me to posit that this primordial consciousness was a determinant in the outcome.
