It just goes to show how much history some people know. Dose it not? Chechnya had always been independent! It was colonized much like India was.
You know! Slavery?! Russians enslaved Chechens and now Russia wants to keep a land that never belonged to them because the world's largest oil reserves is under the Caspian sea and Russia wants to profit by pumping the oil through Chechen oil pipe lines without paying a commission to the Chechens. How would you like to be paid $30.00 per month for working your but off and having some one use your property to pay you with?
