and yet I am superstitious. Actually I am super everything. You see super in the word superstitious has the same meaning as in supernatural and super fluid and superconductor. Eventually the physics will be available to explain all these super phenomenons.

The real meaning of the word super is magic, which in turn means that the phenomenon goes beyond or breaks the normal rules of nature. We already have good physics to explain such magic in certain instances. For example, current can flow in superconductors without resistence. That is magic. Also superfluids can flow uphill. That is also magic is the conventional sense, even though we can understand how it happens with good physics. Eventually we will come to understan all processes that are now labeled as supernatural or superstitious in the same way. So for me superstitious is not a derogatory word, it is a word filled with mystery and at least some truth sometimes.
