Say, if quantum fluctuations in false vacuum resulted in different set of fundamental constants far different than what we have (we do not know if it is possible yet, but let's assume that it is), then the resulting universe may not nesesserely have complex structures like molecules or even atoms, therefore no life forms we know can be possible. |
