Of course, what one person calls "God"; you on the other hand call "Mathematical Symmetry".

The concept of "Symmetry" is your "almighty creator" (whether you believe it to be a sentient entity is a matter of the religion you practice). This "creator" is "he" that brought forth energy, matter, stars, elements, planetary systems, water, mud, and finally... life (followed by wonder, curiosity, happiness, struggle, pain, LOVE, etc).

You may not pray to an alter or an engravin image of this "symmetry", but you sure do have faith in it!

I'm not criticizing you, because I myself believe in "mathematics" as being a platonic foundation to reality, which as you say, originated in some sort of "divine symmetries".

One religion says "God" is and always was, while you say that it's math that is and always was... All religions believe their God (or mathematics) to be perfect (no inherent contradictions or mistakes) and to be in a realm that transcends physical existence (or matter/spacetime). Symmetry is that which fulfills your personal criteria for what would qualify for "creator", and you believe that you have seen "God" as does a prophet... because you have seen the work of his hand, as has been prophesied in your bible (you call it "physics text book"). Your "high priests" and "bible scribes" would be Heisenberg, Planck, Schrodinger, Einstein, Bohr, Dirac, and so on & so on...

However you look at it... you said it yourself! Symmetry is the divine origin from which the whole of mathematics and logic follows (conservation laws and hence nature as we observe it to behave). Some would just do away with the word "symmetry" and just sum it up with 3 letters... G-O-D.
