First: In my opinion the big-bang-theory is a big-joke (like the theory that the earth is a plate). But even when the big-bang would be the beginning then it's very easy to say: "What was before? What has created the first singularity? It must have been a divine creature!" There are some solutions for that problem, to believe a God would be responsible for that is the most illogical!

Second: "The reason for matters existance." That is easy! It's Logic! The rules of the universe must follow the pressure of logic! The matter was necessary to keep the logic in balance. So it was created. How? That is another question, but a question which has also an answer!

Third: Yeah, the bible is really funny!
