Professor Taylor's download site. My guess is that you don't have a
program to open PDF files. Acroread will do this. Once you get Acroread
then you can also peruse lanl.gov for interesting papers on physics
topics your interested in.

This is the free acroread download site. (make sure you download the free version because it works fine).
