Man (or similar being) obeys all laws of physics (=chemistry as well) and thus can NOT perform miracles, create various stuff (not to say about universes), etc. He can not live forever, live without air, food, water, etc. Can not have any abilities prohibited by matural (=mathematical) laws (like moving/communicating superluminally, thus He has to live within Solar system (by the way, how about other trillions of trillions solar systems and other civilisations? Do they have their own local god to care about them, or our God should go there?), be visible/tangible, have a physical habitat, etc.

Thus, such man-like God can not exist.
