So, How Can You "alter" What Does Not Exist ("motion Via Time")?

By moving with high speed you DO NOT change rate of your clocks. You only see somebody else's (who is not moving) clock run slover. By the way, they do NOT think so (about THEIR clocks running slow). Instead, they think that YOUR clocks run slow, but THEIR run NORMAL.
