Hi Bruce,

Thank you for your post. It was interesting and I enjoyed reading it. I don't think we disagree on anything substantial.

The only difference might be our expectations of what might be a reasonable "acceptance curve" describing the pattern of conversion of skeptics to believers. Your post nicely described that pattern for Relativity.

When I brought this issue up in the first place, I was attempting to describe Dick Stafford's predicament by using Einstein as an example. Of course the two cases differ in many respects, but there are some similarities.
