This is way incorrect. Trace all chain of events (vith viral infection) back and you'll find no unnatural reason in any step. Virus was there because infant was given dirty milk. Milk was contaminated open container stayes near open window for some time, and a few flies feed on it. Flies brought a virus from a garbage container nerby. Virus got into garbage container from toilet paper somene used. This someone (who was cured successfully on time, by the way) got a virus in his recent trip to Mexico, and so on, and so on and on to minus infinity.

Where in this infinite chain of physical cause-effect events is call of god? At which step?
