Are they somehow encoded into the Unified Field?
...kinda like you can think of "Physical Constant DNA", which predetermines the entire evolutionary path of this infant universe just as DNA would do an organism...


Or do the new universe's constants emerge as a consequence of "pre-creation" conditions of the singularity?
...In other words: the state of singularity/Unified Field is constantly fluctuating, but since initial conditions fully determine outcome (chaos theory), the selection of physical constants for our baby universe appears completely random and chaotic...

Or perhaps something else even??


I like the first scenario best, because it insinutaes that the constants are passed on from the blackhole to the new universes in a more "selective" fashion, just as genes are passed on to offspring. Therefore our universe really is a "mother universe", and the blackhole is like "sex" because it mixes up the traits, and then passes on its constants to universes created deep within its interior.
The reason I am here typing to you now... was because my existance was made possible by the encoded traits (constants) of some Unified Field that was forged out of the destructuion of matter in some other universe... "Whew! :::Takes in a breath:::"...

"Well son, the story begins when the attraction of matter due to Gravitational forces exceeds that of the outward pressure exerted by means of the Pauli Exclusion....... then complete destruction,.. end of all time,.. ripped to shreds,.. quantum foam,.. oblivion,.. emergence of constants,.. blah blah blah......."
