Luis, it is OK to travel via imaginary time especially after watching too much "Star Trek".
Just remember that time is IMAGINARY coordinate and thus this travel is IMAGINARY time travel (exists only in your brain - you can not even write speed of time).

It also is OK to see no difference between speed and velocity (velocity is vector calue, so it can NOT be applied to time which is a SCALAR value).

It is also OK not to know that what we call force is just change of momentum by absorbing/radiating virtual particles (see any QED text).

What is not OK is to call everything Hollywood (or SciFi writers) create a physics. Time travel is a logical contradiction and therefore can not take place.

Time is simply NOT a dimension (degree of freedom). It is a coordinate. And QM simply says that within time t you have no distinction between two (or more) events with certain energy difference E if t
