Have you seen the Far Side strip where a man is talking to his dog?

In the first strip we see the human (paraphrased) version: "ROVER, you're getting pretty dirty. I think it's time for ROVER to get another flea dip."

In the second strip, we see the dog's comprehension: "ROVER, blah blah blah blah. Blah blah blah blah ROVER blah blah..."


I like the structure of your post, but I see you as the owner, and Bangthis as the oblivious dog.
