Harv,

I really think we're beginning to see more similarities in our beliefs than we'd have recognized a few short days ago! Allow me to continue to clarify my position by answering some of your question/comments:

>>>"Btw, has gnosticism ever been used to imply that we can know knowledge?">>"It would be a mistake to say that scientists treat their confirmed theories on a non-factual basis">"To suggest that our thinking is somehow 'neutral' (or agnostic) is too simplistic... It is better to just accept that there is no neutral (or agnostic) position on many issues.">>"It is simply impossible to take every internal assumption and root them out or somehow recognize them as tentative."
