Subdue: Gain Dominant Over, As By War Or Force...

I do not know, what SUBDUE mean, so I opened a dictionary and read what is the definition of this word (see above).

What does it mean? Does it mean that God comes to dominate (by war or force if needed)?

(Is that why Allah bombed WTC - to dominate?)

And on scientific side - where is ANY evidence of ANY influence of God in nature? Anything at all, not to say about DOMINATION?
