The effort is surley needed.

In a way. (in general)

If people would stop acting like children,
and act more like adults,
then we can start teaching our children.

Please keep in mind that this statement is not directed at anyone in particular, nor am I insinuating that everyone is acting like children.

For the people who are acting like adults, this does not apply. My hopes are that the elders acting like children look at the true adults and learn by example.
