What Are The Roots Of Suicide Terror Missions?

It is extremely insane and not much logical - to kill thousands of non-involved, and thousands miles away (in probable retaliation for a few as a motif).

Why destruction of non-involved? And why it even is considered by a suicide party as a "honor", or a "heroism"? What drove kamicadze? What drove Hitler youth? What drives palestinian suiside bombers? What drives Ben Laden militia?

Are there biological roots of such behavior or it is pure social phenomena (and thus anyone can be "brain washed" to become a suicide terrorist?)

Are we biologically succeptible to follow leaders into deadly and self-destructive (as a specie) mission without questions? So, are we still a herd of buffalows blindly following leaders, or it is NOT genetic but social phenomena?

I see no excuse in killing innocent people unless you are not human yet and thus emotion of a compassion simply does not exist in you brain yet.

But are we SO different that some indeed are not humans yet?
