("Don't read holy books for facts") He is scientific to the extent that he must be to function in this world, but he discards it past a certain point.

How so? I only addressed a specific area in the above case. My reading is not limited to two books you know. One could say the same thing about any ONE posted reply. The sum of any individual’s knowledge cannot ever fill the gaps, which you speak of all at one time.
