Your presumption is incorrect. If choose to look at the whole picture you may see that Allah is able to requite all wrongs. Allah is infinitely able to requite all wrongs. Most people will repent sooner or later and Allah is most generous and most merciful. Allah only provides for us what we ask for and if it is lusts of this world that we ask for then Allah provides that too for the time it takes for the lustful to submit willingly unto Allah for Allah is most Just so that none can say that Allah enslaved them into submission. One who is a Muslim serves Allah willingly and Allah is most generous in rewarding one who chooses to serve the same Allah. All punishment is brought upon us by ourselves and Allah brings all rewards on us. (In the case of the destitute or the cripple or the victims of society their reward is with Allah for their suffering in this world is naught compared to the suffering that is to come to those who caused the suffering upon others.) Allah provides what we ask for because we are all born in to the world as reprobates (deprived of heavenly rewards as such we pray by saying “Oh Allah, give us on Earth as it is in Heaven”). This is our inheritance in this world for the mistake(s)of our parents But Allah is able requite the wrong of our parents by increasing the number of their offspring in to the world and thus in to heaven amongst those of us who realize the truth and choose to be of those who are penitent.
