If You Were Able To Fix/modify Your Genes, Would You?

Say, 25 century is around and instead of "plastic surgeons" there are multiple affordable "gene surgeons". Your DNA is researched, and you are given a bunch of computer-generated pills which go directly to your genes and cut some unvanted genes out and insert desirable new genes - in each of your cell. In a few month new genes take full effect, and you are a different person then (both physically and mentally - and in fully predictable way).

Would you get better memory? Better physical shape? Specific abilities? Got rid of genetic deseases? Prolong life (if genetically possible). Got more social temper? More stress tolerancy?

I would not mind getting more memory, more processing power, getting rid of genetic deseases (which I do not know about yet, but which will certainly hit down the life), and probably adding some specific abilities (musical, or more languages to handle, etc).

Would you play god with yourself or "stay natural"?
