: I am designing a computer program to that will locate the sun in the sky every morning. I konw there are programs available that do this, but I want to make my own. Does anyone know what the equations are that are used to track the sun in those programs? : Thanks

::Here's a good place to start since it covers the precession and nutation of the equinoxes as well.
