Does anyone know the difference between "random-accident" and "nonrandom-intelligent?" Like when 21 comets impacted the back side of Jupiter in 1994... 21 months after HRMS (Nasa's SETI program) was commenced by the Ames Research Center & JPL? Does anyone think the whole drumrolled event was a bit much to pass off as, well, just "one of those things."
