Spin Cast Epoxy Mirrors

I am trying to work out a process to spin cast mirrors from 2-part epoxy. I have cast over a dozen with various degrees of success but none has come out truly "optical quality". If a process could be developed that controls for the factors which cause imperfections in the surface spin-casting epoxy mirrors could be a new way to create optical components. Has anyone else tried this and would like to discuss issues?
