Do you even know what a flux is? What kind of Quantum Flux could Create matter? I don't know of any anomolys in Physics that could preform such an operation.

Where is your math to back up such an Alogation? Quantium Mechanics is a set of Physics laws that can govern Atomic and SubAtomic particles. Actually this is called a Quantium Field. and results in a Quantium Flux...but the Flux cannot affect matter and energy. Which are Conserved....by the Conservation of Matter and Energy. The flux is a Field state by which Matter and energy can Exchange forms.
