Distance Between Stars And To Them!

Oh Wow! I don't see any posts on this. Maybe a late answer will be better than none.

Cassandra. You need to find the number of degrees between each star. Their distance apart is irrelevant as you are dealing with scale.

I round it out this way. For every five foot (60") between the painting and the viewer stars need to be separated by one inch per degree.

If the painting is going to be 7 and 1/2 feet away and the stars are 2 degrees apart then they need to be painted three inches apart.
