So if I read this correctly, you say PSI is dependent on mapping, which is another word for meaning, according to the above post. Since the mapping/meaning is variable and probably arbitrary, then PSI is variable and arbitrary, which contradicts your earlier assertion that PSI is uniquely dependent on C.

Is this a house of cards dependent on the uniqueness of PSI on C? You have claimed that C is independent of mapping. But now you seem to say PSI depends on mapping. Something is missing; and I do not think it is my intelligence, which you came close to impuning above.
