I said from the beginning that my primary approach here is to ask questions so that I understand your perspective. However, I am commenting on some posts since I am more perplexed by those posts than a mere question will allow. In any case, I want to stick with the question and answer format as primary since we won't make much progress the other way.

And, Dick, these are your definitions. They are quoted verbatim from your text. I even gave the references where I got the quote.

Why don't you just admit that you made a mistake in your definitions in your paper? Is a mistake too hard for you to admit? I won't tell anyone.
