The whole presentation assumes causality is a necessary concept! ...causes a tachyon shock wave ... the shock wave destroys the ... [and causal connection after causal connection]. There is far more to the Universe than you have yet concieved of. Causality is a requirement of your mudane explanations, not the functioning of the universe!
