I think he meant that if you support Bush's "Space Vision", that's your choice, but he doesn't support it.

And neither do I. I think it's a nice pipe dream but completely underfunded and stealing NASA's budget away from the scientists who are supposed to have it according to NASA's constitution. Nowhere does it say NASA's goals are to explore new worlds so Bush can strip mine them.
