Why, when his/her expectations are consistent with their experiences. How does the explainer clarify his/her explanation? By adding more information to the communication!"

Question 8: If an explanation is a method of obtaining expectations, and those expectations are based on experiences, then aren't all experiences of a physical nature? In other words, aren't you conceding my point that "an explanation is that which explains physical things" which you earlier disagreed with?
