I'm not an astrophysicist, so from my limited perspective, your 'axioms' seem to cover all current observational evidence. Although, I don't see the point since the observational attributes of space are well documented, perhaps more succinctly then you stated in some astrophysics volume. In any case, if you feel it adds something to your knowledge of the universe, then enjoy.
