Sam, take a look at the Hardin Optical 10" for $495. It's complete with two eyepieces and is probably the best buy of the many DOB types being offerred. A friend ordered one on my recommendation and has been very pleased. I checked the quality of the mirror and found it to be excellent. They have also started to advertise a new 12" which is a little more expensive but might be an even better buy. Ads for both telescopes can be found in both Astronomy and Sky & Telescope magazine.
